Shipping policy
We currently ship within the United States only.
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. Paid Priority Shipping is also available at checkout.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated delivery times
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Priority Shipping: calculated at checkout based on the shipping option selected
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your delivery status.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at hello@cloculture.store and we will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
