Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- unworn or unused
- with tags attached
- in its original packaging
- free of stains, odors, or damage
- in original condition
How to start a return
To start a return, contact us at hello@cloculture.store.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different item, return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
