Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently ship within the United States only.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping then takes 3–5 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use the tracking link to monitor your delivery status.

What if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit?

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after the carrier confirms delivery. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at hello@cloculture.store and we will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

• Unworn or unused
• With tags attached
• In its original packaging
• Free of stains, odors, or damage
• In original condition

How do I start a return?

Email us at hello@cloculture.store to request a return. If approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Who pays for return shipping?

We will provide the return shipping label once your return is approved. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order.

Are any items non-returnable?

Gift cards and final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us at hello@cloculture.store within 7 days if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at hello@cloculture.store.
